Yes — during the SmartMatch™ pilot, approved renovations (up to $20,000) are fully funded. This is a limited-time pilot offer, available to qualified participants only.

Cosmetic renovations are typically completed in 2-4 weeks. The overall timeline depends on your property and the agreed scope. The model is designed to accelerate sales and reduce time on market.
SmartMatch™ Certified partners - licensed, insured, vetted renovation professionals. All work includes quality standards and workmanship warranties.
Every match is pre-qualified and aligned upfront. If a match doesn't proceed, we either rematch or release you - you never pay out of pocket. Renovations only begin after a firm purchase agreement is signed.
